Founded by Destiny Williams, M.Ed., a passionate educator with over 18 years of experience in Physical Education, Health, and AVID instruction across Washington, California, and South Carolina, our mission is to transform teaching and learning through high-quality professional development.
Destiny brings a unique blend of classroom, district, and leadership expertise. As President-Elect of SCAPES (South Carolina’s leading Physical Education association) and a former curriculum lead for the South Carolina Department of Education, she has trained educators nationwide in Project-Based Learning (PBL), trauma-informed practices, and student-centered instruction. Her work is rooted in equity, engagement, and real-world relevance — ensuring all students have the opportunity to thrive.

A Message from the Founder
As a lifelong educator, I’ve seen firsthand the power of meaningful professional development to shift not just teaching practices — but entire school cultures. I started Impactful Instruction LLC because I believe educators deserve training that is practical, energizing, and rooted in real classroom experience.
Over the past 18 years, I’ve taught in diverse communities across Washington, California, and South Carolina — and served in roles from teacher and department head to athletic director and curriculum lead. These experiences have shaped my deep commitment to student-centered learning, equity, and educator well-being.
Whether I’m facilitating a session on project-based learning, working with PE teachers on classroom engagement, or supporting trauma-informed approaches, my goal is always the same: to help educators feel confident, supported, and inspired to make a lasting impact.
